Shipping, Returns and FAQ's
Shipping & Delivery
Orders of 3 bars and under (or any items under 13 oz. total) are shipped via USPS First Class. Orders over 13 oz. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost items due to USPS. Once the shipment has entered into the postal system, USPS is responsible for it's delivery.
While we provide delivery confirmation on EVERY package, unless a package is insured, we cannot refund/replace lost items at our expense. We are pleased to offer USPS Priority delivery with Insurance as an option during the checkout process. In the unlikely case that an insured package is lost/damaged by USPS, we will reimburse you or resend your order once the claim has been filed and approved with USPS.We currently do not ship Internationally for orders placed through our website, only within the U.S. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to purchase our products, please email us at BejeweledBubbles@gmail.com, and we will provide a shipping quote for you, and provide an invoice via PayPal for your purchase.
We reserve the right to combine multiple orders into one shipment. If multiple orders are placed within 24 hours of each other, we may attempt to combine shipping to save you money. We cannot guarantee that orders will be combined, and urge customers to contact us if they'd like us to combine multiple orders in one shipment.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please contact customer service at BejeweledBubbles@gmail.com with any order issues. Our Bejeweled Bubbles bars contain a ring or necklace that is stainless steel, sterling silver plated, sterling silver, gold/white gold plated or rolled gold plated (10krgp, 18krgp, etc), unmarked costume-type jewelry or solid 10k/14k gold. Although we are able to provide details regarding stone/metal on some of our pieces, the majority are purchased via jewelry wholesalers and distributors and we are unable to provide specific value information. Each piece is purchased in good faith from these sources and represented as marked/stamped, as applicable. For specific value information, we recommend you contact a local jeweler. By purchasing a product from Bejeweled Bubbles, you understand that you are receiving a jewelry "bonus" in addition to the soap you have purchased, and you agree to release us from the liability that we do not guarantee a specific value or worth for any jewelry piece.

Although we realize that uncovering your jewelry is an exciting process, we ask that you please do NOT dig out jewelry from the soap to get to it quicker. Digging your soap can damage or break the jewelry. We will not replace any jewelry that has been damaged after digging.
In order to adhere to our quick turnaround time, orders go into production within hours of being placed. Due to this reason, we generally do not allow order cancellations. If for some reason you need to cancel an order, we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of your original order.

- How does the monthly Birthstones 'n Bubbles promotion work? Effective May 2016, as we rework our Birthstones 'n Bubbles program and product selection, we are temporarily halting this promotion.
Each month we have an exciting event called Birthstones 'n Bubbles. For a pre-determined time period, generally the first week of the month, each product that contains a jewelry item (kid's jewelry, Clearance and Ready-to-Ship items excluded) qualifies for an entry towards the higher value birthstone piece for that month. Orders containing qualifying products are held during the promotional period, and begin shipping in the order paid the day after the promotion period ends. The birthstone piece could be a necklace or ring - it's a surprise! If you are the winner of the higher value birthstone piece, your soap will look no different. You'll know you're the winner if you find the congratulatory note inside the plastic baggie with your jewelry! - What is your TAT (turnaround time)?
We are proud of our quick turnaround time at Bejeweled Bubbles! Each made-to-order soap is prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, our TAT may extend to 5-7 business days. Items in our Clearance/Ready to Ship section are generally prepared for shipment within 24 hours of a paid order.
- Do you make custom orders such as party favors, wedding favors, etc?

-What's the difference between the regular Bejeweled Bubbles Bars (3 for $25) and The Elegance Collection Bejeweled Bubbles Bars ($28.95 each)?
While we try very hard to pick out gorgeous jewelry for ALL our soaps, when you purchase a bar from The Elegance Collection, you are guaranteed to recieve a piece of jewelry that is solid sterling silver, solid white gold or solid yellow gold. The jewelry in these premium bars are housed within a small plastic container in the center shea butter, to protect the higher value jewelry in case you decide to dig!! Our traditional Bejeweled Bubbles bars have jewelry wrapped in foil, and the jewelry ranges from plated, gold/white gold filled, sterling silver, or higher quality.
